RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

The right of withdrawal has a time limit of 10 days within which the customer can decide to return the purchased product. 
The customer will take responsibility for returning the packaged product to guarantee its integrity. 
In case of shipping, return costs are borne by the customer. 
In addition to returning the product, the customer is required to send notification of the return via registered mail to the following address:

We recognize the customer's right of withdrawal according to current legislation. 
Once the return has been received, it will be immediately checked to verify its integrity. The customer will be responsible in the event of a decrease in the price of the product caused by use and wear. In this case the price paid will not be refunded, but the cost of restoring the product will be charged. 
The refund will be made by bank transfer, therefore the customer is required to include the payment details in the registered letter.
